CA Jaikumar Tejwani

Mr. Jaikumar Tejwani is the Designated Partner and Founder of Jaikumar Tejwani & Co LLP. He was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 1990 and has experience in almost every facet of the accounting profession. He is a regular speaker on International Taxation, Direct Tax, NRI and FEMA matters and has been convener of the NRI and FEMA study group of NIRC of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is currently a senior visiting faculty to the Institute of Chartered Accountants on International Taxation.

In over 30 years of consulting experience, he has provided advisory support to Fortune 500 companies across diverse businesses such as Procter & Gamble, Gillette, Religare, Becton Dickinson, Zimmer, Avon, Nikon, Discovery Communications, IBM, Hershey and COTY in the fields of Direct and Indirect Tax, International Tax, Audit & Assurance, Transfer Pricing, FEMA matters and cross-border transactions. He also represents clients before various tax authorities on direct tax litigation matters in Delhi, Gurugram and Mumbai.
