She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Registered Valuer under the Companies (Registered Valuers and Valuation) Rules 2017. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006 and was among the top 50 students in India at the CA foundation level. She holds a first class B.Com degree from Allahabad University and an M.Com from Annamalai University.

She has diverse experience in valuation of business and equity across sectors including healthcare (novel and cell therapy), real estate, media, e-commerce (IoT, blockchain) and technology, and in valuation under statutory provisions such as FEMA, the Companies Act, IBC and the Income Tax Act, for both listed and unlisted companies.

She brings rich experience in internal audit, tax litigation, TDS, advisory, project finance, financial modelling, accounting, taxation, tax-efficient restructuring, CFO services, incorporation and closure of businesses, payroll and SOP design, and has represented clients before tax authorities on income tax and GST matters. She is ex-PwC Gurugram, with internal audit experience across media, telecom, IT services, oil and gas, glass, chemicals, manufacturing, FMCG, hotels and banking, working with names such as Star News, Bharti Airtel, Oil India, Asahi Industries, Dabur Oncology and IHG Hotels.
